I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Mr. Rooter. Pete was professional, courteous and always showed up when he said he would be there (which is not always a given in the Okanagan). We had Mr. Rooter do the rough-ins and installations for our renovation. Contrary to what I had originally thought, they don't just do repairs. Pete was very solution-oriented and efficient -- he made sure everything was done "right". He went above and beyond the call of duty and made great suggestions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pete.
Peter was amazing! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had him re-locate some plumbing pipes to accommodate a wet bar in our basement. We are very happy with the work he did and the costs associated. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter!!

We had a leak from the irrigation water supply line. It was right where the plastic pipe exited the house. it would have damaged the wall if left alone. The technician replaced it with a proper copper pipe and a new valve. Great work.
Excellent work done by Scott - we discussed what was needed with him and then he looked beyond the initial request to see if additional work was needed which was very helpful. We were really impressed with the quality of the final work and everything was done in a very efficient and professional manner. He was straight forward and honest and easy to work with.
