Professional and knowledgeable, and was able to give me an estimate over the phone... which I greatly appreciated. some of the other places said it would be $99 just to come out and then could not even give me hourly rate from them, these guys gave me an quote, told me the hourly rate over the phone and in a day it was all said and done within the quoted amount. We had Rite Tech Plumbing replace our hot water heater, which I’m sure is a very routine procedure. But I wanted to commend the technician for his professionalism and pleasant attitude. I definitely recommend this company.
