I visited Lenscrafters today to fit my daughter with Progressive Lenses. I have dealt with James for more than 10yrs. James Is knowledgeable and professional. You can trust him and his expertise. He will work with you to fill your needs and budget. James is very personable and friendly. He will answer all of your questions and fit you with the correct pair of frames for your prescription. I highly recommend seeing James he definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you James!
Not very helpful. I went in and spoke to someone there, I explained that I was looking for new glasses that are comfortable. He showed me some displays and brands and then left me by myself. He said he'd come back on check on me soon but he didn't so I just left, unfortunately. I was really hoping to have someone help me find new glasses with good fit - if I wanted to just look myself without any help I'd go to Costco, Superstore or another big box store. I figured that going to a reputable glasses store like Lenscrafters I would find staff who have expertise and would be able to help - but that wasn't the case, at least not on this visit.
