Another 5 stars for Matt and his crew. Help Plumbing did a full upgrade from PolyB to PEX piping in my condo. Matt was totally professional in quoting and advising. And Connor did an excellent job in the actual installation. He was very helpful and thorough in his work. I couldn't be happier.
We hired HELP Plumbing to do a number of projects on our recently purchased home. Matthew did a great job and was reliable and offered fair pricing for the work. Just moved into a new home & discovered we had a plugged kitchen drain that needed snaking. Matthew at HELP! was referred by our home appraiser. He came out the day after we called, took care of the problem & also removed an old garburetor. He was very personable, knowledgeable (explained options) & efficient, plus covered the entire kitchen floor with a tarp so no mess at all. He extends a discount to seniors, which was much appreciated. In fact, we've booked him to install a laundry sink in the basement!
