What an excellent experience! Hats off to Liam who was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. We had a stinker of a problem (forgive the pun) but he was able to pinpoint where and what it was, and with a great deal of effort between his helper and him, dig to it and fix it. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter if all the employees are as good as Liam!
Sat was awesome, cleared out a few lines in my 60s house that were almost completely blocked. They give a 1yr warranty on the cleanouts and the membership is a great deal. Hopefully I wont get any new surprises from the house but I'm covered if I do. Highly recommend them.
Called Company and was told it would be a day before they could get to me, five minutes later they called and said they had a cancellation. Which was awesome! The repairmen showed up a few minutes later. They were very professional and before starting the job they told me how much it was going to cost so I was aware what I was going to pay before they started. That to me was nice to know. Being a technician myself I noticed how concerned they were to get the job done right and not just trying to get to the next job. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Can’t ask for much more than that. And yes in times of COVID they were very respectful of that as well. Thanks for the good job I appreciate it.
