I have used Knox Mountain Mechanical multiple times over the last few years for small plumbing jobs and emergency leak repairs to large jobs involving opening up ceilings and floors to run vents and gas lines for new dryer installs and even a gas heater install for a swimming pool. Mark, the owner, actually knows what he is talking about and rather than just saying 'yup' 'yup' and throwing a high number at you, he carefully considers the job, says what is not safe or not possible and will usually suggest a few alternative approaches to accomplish what the customer wants. Most importantly, he is honest. If the furnace can be repaired, he won't try and sell you a new one. His pricing is reasonable - he won't take advantage of you and he is worth what he charges. With anyone cheaper I have gotten what I paid for and usually hire Mark to come fix it later anyway! Mark's partner Justin, is simply amazing. He treats you like a person, actually knows what good customer service means, has a great attitude and is always friendly. On more than one occasion, he has gone out of his way, and outside of working hours, to help me in those urgent "oh my god my floor has an inch of water on it, I can't find the leak and I don't trust restoration companies, what do I do!" type situations. So, spare your time, don't call anyone else and call Knox Mountain Mechanical. Mark and Justin and team will do quality work for a fair price and you'll actually like them as people.
Wow! Had a minor water issue in my basement from my furnace and despite it being 33 ° out and Justin being crazy busy, he fit us in with essentially zero notice. Very responsive. Very professional. Great service. Highly recommend.
Justin and his Team are amazing to deal with. Whenever I have called they always answer and are at my place in a flash to address the issue. Not only are they professional and exceed my expectations with price and timing, but also have exceptional people skills, that being they are really easy to chat with and are able to explain things to me in layman's terms. 10 out of 10 would recommend Justin and his Crew!

When I woke up Monday morning with no hot water, I called Knox Mountain Mechanical as they had installed my new furnace and air con a few years back. Even though they were booked for the day, they made time to come and take a look. When it was determined that I needed a new hot water tank, Justin explained all my options and rearranged his day to accommodate me and I had hot water by that afternoon. Justin went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in good working order. When I received my bill, everything was as quoted. Would highly recommend!
