We haven't had our furnace or AC unit serviced since we moved in and felt we should have a maintenance check done. We hadn't used another company before and had no recommendations so really didn't know who to call. After searching through Google reviews, I decided to call Milani. The lady who booked the appointment was cheerful and thorough. We were given a date and a 3 hour window for our appointment, along with their billing rates. I was called 20 minutes before the technician arrived by another professional and happy representative. The Technician Chris arrived with clear identification and wearing booties over his shoes and a mask. He got straight to work and would show me areas of concern or interest. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He went over the bill with me at the end and asked if I was happy with the service. All in all and very easy and enjoyable experience! Great job to everyone!
We were very pleased with the service provided by Milani. We had an issue with our A/C unit and when other companies were not willing and able to schedule a time for us, Milani did and in a timely manner. Not only was our issue resolved but the service provided was very professional. Our service specialist was very knowledgeable and informative. We will definitely be continuing to use Milani for all of our plumbing and heating needs. Thank you again:)
We were without AC for a few days waiting for another company to get out to us and return our calls. Chris, who was undoubtedly busy this past heatwave, was still able to rescue us in a timely manner after reaching out to Milani. He came in the early evening (after our work hours) and was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly for us to finally enjoy our evening at home with AC! Super professional. Would definitely recommend.
I can’t say enough about this company! What a time for the A/C to start leaking in a heat wave!! But Milani came the very next day! Chris W. was exceptionally professional, personable and a real expert. He was on time, very thorough and able to service the wall unit which was leaking all over the place and not working. What a great experience with Chris W. He took the time to explain everything that was wrong and even gave me a tutorial on how to keep the filters clean. Top notch technician! Would highly recommend Milani to anyone.
I contacted them to repair my dryer and dishwasher after seeing they were running an air miles promotion for new customers. They took the time to contact me just to let me know they don’t service appliances, and to recommend I consult the BBB website to find a reputable service provider. I was very impressed (and kinda bummed I couldn’t hire them! ????)
