I called Phillips Plumbing and Heating and left a message. Anthony called me back within 5 minutes and was able to fit me in that day. The fan on our furnace wouldn’t shut off and the only way for me to turn it off was the main switch. He was able to figure out the problem within minutes and fixed it and took the time to explain to me what was happening. He even called the next day to make sure it was running properly. Now that’s great service. I’ll be using Anthony for our furnace and AC services in the future.
We had to replace our 20 year old AC and furnace. We also needed the AC moved from the back of the house to the side. We were also having our service upgraded from 100 to 200amp at the same time. We were concerned with being without AC for a few days with temps in the 40's but Anthony and his team worked with our changing timelines and had both units switched out and operational in 24 hours. When my A/C unit gave out Anthony was the last person I called but the first to call me back. He was at my house the next day and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the unit wasn't worth fixing and it ended up breaking just like Anthony said. When I called Anthony back he was quick to get in and give me a quote.
