My 4 year old Golden Lab Blue had a great long weekend at Kelowna Pet Resort! He was exhausted when I got him home after having a pool party with the big dog gang all weekend! Professional check in/check out experience and from everything that I saw, the property is pristine. Highly recommend!
Moving to a new boarding and daycare facility is always nerve wracking but we moved to Kelowna and needed a place for our furry family member to hang out when we’re gone. KPR made it so easy to reserve, to trust and come back again. The facilities are outstanding, there is no comparison. Samson came home and was in great spirits. They gave him his daily medication and he looked great. Not every facility can say the same. If you’re looking for a great and attentive staff to look over your dog then look no further. A+, ten out of ten, five stars.
We started using the Kelowna Pet Resort boarding services for both our dog and cat in November 2017. Our dog Molly loved it so much that we began to add weekly Doggy Daycare in 2019 and have been going ever since. The staff are caring and quick to let us know of any issue if they occur. Molly is always excited to see her "friends" and is so eager to be there that she literally sprints through the entry gates s soon as we release her from her leash. The facilities are bright and clean and the staff are amazing. The pictures they post are pretty awesome too (see attached)! I would highly recommend the Kelowna Pet Resort for both boarding and daycare to anyone who may be interested.
Tia & Theo LOVE it when they spend the day at the resort. We literally tell them "resort" and ears pop up, heads turn 90 degrees, and tails are wagging. The facility is well managed and quiet large with designated areas for different size dogs and other animals. Diana and Brad are truly the best with a fabulous reputation (I know this because locals love them too). After finding out we have a baby, Diana surprised us with a bulldog plush toy with our daughters name embroidered over the belly - WOW! How thoughtful was that?! We felt special. If you're looking for a trusting, reliable place to take care of your fur babies, you definitely want to come here.
