I can't recommend going to see Ali enough and I don't have enough words to describe just how much I love him and how fantastic and creative he is!! I have been to MANY salons throughout Kelowna and Vancouver and hands down Ali is the best. Not only does he thinks outside the box but he customizes your experience for what will suit you best. Ali truly is one of the kindest people I've met and he makes you feel so special during your appointment. Day one Ali told me if I wasn't happy he would do what it took to fix it (that hasn't happened cause he rocks!) but just knowing he stands by his work was very reassuring for me. Ali I want to personally thank you for always taking the time with me and and I'm honoured to have your expertise cut and colour my hair you are a true hair cutting/colouring genius!! If your on the fence ladies don't be, go see him!!
I just had my first appointment with Ali and I'm so impressed. He is the first stylist I've ever been to that really assessed my hair, my features and my lifestyle and created a hairstyle that lets my natural texture shine. Ali took the time to teach me about products and styling techniques. I'm so happy with my first experience at Kenali salon, I'll definitely be going back.
I have been to several salons in the past, and being new to Kelowna I am once again in need of a new stylist. This is the first salon that I have been to that I could go in with no idea of what i wanted just knowing that I needed a hair cut. Ali was amazing. He was able to give me several suggestions right away on hair styles to match my beard and face shape. Also a style that supports low maintenance, but can also be taken out on the town with minimal work. One of my best hair cuts in a long time. The atmosphere of the salon was great, modern and classy while still being comfortable to be in. If your a man or woman your going to love this place. Looking to try something new you have to see Ali at Kenali!
I was referred to Kenali Salon several years ago - best hair experience ever. I always feel like a million dollars when I leave, love my hair colour, which Ali was careful to match with skin tone and eye colour. I highly recommend Ali for his stylist expertise and also for the Salon's relaxing ambience.
I have seen Ali twice in the last week. Once for a hair colour and once for a cut. His salon is relaxing, peaceful and so pretty. He is so professional and he really took the time to listen to my concerns with my hair and talked me through what he felt would be best for me going forward. I had accidentally put my appointment time in my calendar wrong, but Ali was most gracious when he called to check on me and although I was about 10 minutes late he was able to get me in. I know his day is completely booked and I really appreciated him taking me even though it means he will have to play catch up for the next few hours. I was so nervous going to a new hairdresser but Ali really made me feel safe with his Covid safety protocols being strictly followed and the fact it was just the two of us in the salon made me feel very secure. Thank you Ali for such a wonderful experience!
