MP4U saved my life. As a business owner and full time working health care professional my time is valuable and I often pushed my nutrition to the bottom of my to do list. Now I can rest easy knowing I have healthy, nutritious, low calorie meals. Ample choices every week with a mix of new flavors and repeating favorites - I have loved every meal/snack and portion sizes are spot on. Morgan and the whole team are fantastic. I’m hooked and may never cook again ;)
I hate thinking of what to eat, and then having to cook it ???? -- ever since I switched to meal prep I've been a way more productive and happy person. Moved to Kelowna a few months ago and I've been using MP4U for breakfast and lunch since moving here. Usually you get tired of meal prep, but this place has so much variety that everything stays tasting good, and when a few favorites pop up, I just eat the same thing everyday that week. Reason I made this review is because I appreciate that I can eat their Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes every day of my life. Great app for easy ordering/billing. Hope they are around forever. Pro Tip: I figured out that heating the food up on the stove makes it taste better than when I was just microwaving it. (microwaving is still good though if that's your only option). ????
Amazing quick healthy meals for when I have no time due to work. Jen even heated one up for me when I was having to eat and run. Great snacks for between meals and the protein Cinnamon buns are delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who is hitting the drive thru too much. Great job Morgan and team.
I’m in Kelowna regularly for business and finding quick healthy food options is difficult. If I end up at a restaurant - I know it’s gonna be greasy, salty and I always get the fries. Having prepped meals in the fridge allows me to stay on track with my diet so I can perform optimally in all other aspects of my life. Also - they are very easy to deal with. Call / txt, etc. Any issues I’ve had had been resolved very quickly.
Meal Prep 4 You, has been the convenience I have been looking for!! I pick up a weeks worth of lunches for my husband and I ever Monday morning. There is always lots of choices of meals for me to pick from. The fact that the meals are healthy and delicious are such a boost for our busy schedules. I am so happy that I have not seen a driver-thru for months. I always thought a service like this would be unaffordable, however Meal Prep 4 You, is surprisingly affordable, shockingly high quality and most importantly delicious. I don’t often write reviews, but this product and service is so deserving of more than 5stars. I encourage anyone looking to make their lives simpler but not at the cost of their health try this company!
