We had a warm greeting upon entering Creekside Dental when my 7 year old son went in for his dental cleaning and check up. This was the first time he had X-rays. He did great with it all. The dental hygienist was amazing... warm, friendly, kind, & considerate in her manner, while being excellent in her care and attention to getting the cleaning done in an efficient and gentle manner. She and our dentist both answered all our questions and any concerns I may have had. They treated my son with kindness, respect and appreciation for his efforts as a great patient. He was comfortable throughout his appointment and later at home, discussing the dental visit he actually said “I kinda enjoyed it”.
My experience in this establishment is nothing but positive. Everyone here is kind and professional. Waiting time is a breeze as they always have been on point with their schedules. The staff in this establishment are absolutely stunning. Contacting them in regards of medical question and how there inquiries are easy as they get back to you asap which is amazing. One of the best dental clinic I've been!!
Had a molar extracted yesterday by Dr Multari. Pretty painless, not what I was expecting. She explained the procedure, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and thorough with post care instructions. 1 day later I have very little discomfort, no bleeding, no pain meds needed. Also use this clinic for hygiene, all the staff is great from front counter to the Dr's. Parking is convenient.
Staff are always very friendly, professional, and courteous. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. I feel comfortable and at ease in their building. Also appreciate that using a payment plan is an option in case I am ever having financial difficulty.
I am going to get an implant and during my recent appointment a post was added to my lower jaw where the tooth is needed. The whole procedure was very professionally performed and each step explained in detail clearly prior to completing. Excellent service! I am now looking forward to my next appointments where I will receive a tooth.
