Best Dental clinic I've ever been to. The entire staff is amazing! Super helpful and on every aspect of my care. Broken tooth/Infected nerve disaster didn't phase them. Dr Thompson is an amazing dentist and true professional but it didn't stop there. Renata , Denise, Meah, Cathy, Patty, McKenna, all were super amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Pardon the pun but they really put a smile on my face!
This dental office is amazing. I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible pain in my back tooth. I was referred here by my family friend whom we were visiting on a trip to Kelowna. I called at 8:30am and the dentist, Dr.Thompson made room for me right away. I was in there by 9:30am getting the tooth fixed. They follow all of BC Dental fee guidelines so I wasn't concerned that I was about to walk out with a massive bill. Instead, I walked out saying " I only want to go to that dental office ever again". Thanks so much again for getting me in and I am sure you will be seeing my wife and I again soon!
Both dentists are fantastic! All the staff there are super friendly and amazing! You are the luckiest person if you get into this office! Highly recommend them 10/10!!
I am extremely picky on my dentist, and you should be too. Lifestyle dentistry is extremely clean and modern, with organized administrators who always keep my appointments organized. My hygienist, Danielle is better than YOUR hygienist (okay I don't know yours, but Danielle is top notch). Have you ever had a hygienist apologize for an area potentially being sensitive that you didn't even feel? Yep, she's that gentle, that concerned about your comfort, and that sweet. I always get a thorough check up and feel confident that I am in good hands at Lifestyle.
I was looking for a dentist after a crown fell out of my lower jaw. Dr Dan Rootes was recommended to me so I thought I would try him? I was relieved to see how particular the office is for Covid screening, and the cleaning practices they use to keep their patients safe. After a lot of fussy work he was able to glue the crown back on. He demonstrated a lot of concern and care through the procedure. Further after several months I'm pleased to report the cement has worked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Dan and his staff to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist!
