A buddy and I came here for a quick lunch and we had a blast. Our server was so awesome and funny. Her name was Ashley. She was so kind and super friendly and helpful. We were on the patio on one of the hotter days this summer and she made sure our drinks were never getting to low, as well as bringing us water to keep us hydrated. Overall some of the best service either of us has had.
My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary this weekend, and decided to make a reservation. First off, the table reserved for us on the patio was PERFECT. Beautiful view of the lake and just the right amount of privacy to enjoy each other. Our server was Brittany and we have nothing but amazing things to say about her! The service was flawless start to finish. The drinks were delicious, and the food was impeccable. In addition, I’d like to also thank the managers on staff that evening. I always appreciate when they check in and ask about our visit. Having managers visible and present on the floor just showcases the cohesiveness of the team work there. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!
Had lunch on April 18 with my family. Our server was Brittany. She was amazing, friendly and provided spot on service. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Mike, the manager, stopped by to check in and made us feel welcome. All in all, best meal out in awhile!!!
I wanted to come on here and discuss the experience I had at the restaurant and how extremely positive overall the night was with the support from the staff at Earls. As embarrassing as this may be to discuss publicly I think its important for people to know, last night I was on a date at the restaurant where the person became very aggressive. Staff took my safety extremely serious and took all the steps to make sure I was safe. I think that without the support I had from the several staff members last night it could have been possible to life threatening if I had to leave with the gentleman. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff and the overall professionalism they showed towards me. I am forever grateful to have the support and as embarrassing this story may be to share I think its worth noting that this kind of matter should be discussed and handled just as it was last night. Thank you to the server I had, thank you to the Earls team. I will forever be grateful. Happy New Years.
