This is a great spot to pick up local gifts for the family, the staff are so helpful and kind!
Very disappointed you moved from the highway. You've alienated anyone with an RV or anyone who just wanted to stop for a few minutes to eat lunch. Visitor centers should be a relaxing place to stop. Kelowna is more like a store with a few brochures. Do not try to stop here if you have an RV, there's zero parking that will accommodate you. When asked where RVs can park, the girl behind the counter got quite rude saying to just go park at City Park. Sorry, no thanks.
Super friendly, helpful staff, but otherwise mostly a gift shop. Would like to see some educational displays of history or culture.
they know EVERYTHING about the okanagan valley! such kind employees and a beautiful selection of local products! they have tonnes of pamphlets of activities in kelowna and give great directions and advice! they have lots of local apparel if you want any kelowna themed clothing! they also have very nice masks if you forgot your face mask and need one!
