I got the clear skin facial. The appointment was very relaxing and included scalp and hand massage. However, when I got home I realized I didn't get any extractions and all of my black heads are still there. I had rash on my face because, I was probably allergic to some of the ingredients. I did mention in the forms they gave me that I have food allergies but they didn't ask me what kind of food to avoid this. Overall this is falsely advertised on their website and it is not a true facial appointment. The appointment focused on face for 15min and the rest was a soft massage of hands and scalp.I paid 150$ with tax and tip. Really unhappy. I don't think if I would ever go back and I do not recommend it to anyone for facial.
Not only is Kim an amazing person and soul, but she really knows her stuff when it comes to skincare and Eminence products! Dermaplaning is the best with Kim, with the hand picked Eminence products, facial and massage. She knows what products to use based on your skin, does extractions if you’d like. Perfect skin, because of Kim! You leave glowing and completely Zen. I always look forward to our convo’s and laughs???? Front desk is amazing and helpful. It’s incredibly clean and lovely. Parking is never an issue ( don’t have to pay) and the location is central. Can’t recommend Namaste Day Spa enough ????
Kim is fabulous! Excellent massage and superior facial, and such a pleasant/kind personality to go along with the skills. Well worth the money for such fantastic care ;) All the staff are amazing and such a wide variety of products and services.
I had a fantastic experience. The spa facial is just heavenly and highly recommended. Rebecca was excellent and so professional and made me feel truly pampered. All the staff are very friendly and really want to provide a wonderful spa experience. Thank you for a great way to start the weekend.
I have had many injuries so have gotten massages at least once a month for the last 25 years. Not to mention that I travel a lot and have had the privilege to go to some of the best rated spas in the world for pampering.. With that being said I have never had a more loved and wonderful hot stone massage and facial than Kim provides. She’s super compassionate and kind and is extremely gifted in what she does. I 100% recommend booking in with her and love the Namaste experience.
