The store is bright! I explained my tension was in my shoulders and the massage dug deep and allowed release. I would recommend getting a massage with Cinthia to everyone. She may be petite but she can really work on your muscles ❤
Booked a facial to get pampered and relaxed. Expected an Eminence facial, since that's what's all over the website and other advertising. Got something far different - skin ended up red for days afterward and only upon asking was I hesitantly informed that non-Eminence products were used. I wasn't able to really relax and enjoy the treatment, as Cinthia frequently chattered during the facial. When a masque was setting, she just stood at the head of the bed in silence - no hand/food/head massage, just awkward silence. Will not return and do not recommend if you're hoping for something soothing/relaxing/Eminence.
