Absolutely horrible. I paid $55 for a detailed cleaning which I could have done myself - the job was so poor. For example, the car wasn't vaccumed properly. I had to go back and ask them to redo it and they still did a poor job. They wiped down the car but it wasn't a thorough job - honestly save yourself the money and either do it yourself or find a better company that's worth the money you're going to spend.
I knew Bubbles would have some kind of Covid controls in-place, but imagine my surprise when after I was greeted I was asked if my forehead temperature could be taken!!! "Absolutely" That was a great start to an always excellent experience. When you walk in the door, there's an automatic dispenser for sanitizer and if you forgot yours, they offer masks. The young lady at cash was behind a barrier and wore her mask. She was friendly and helpful. In that first minute or two from my arrival, I was impressed by the lengths to which Bubbles was going to make sure I, and its staff, was safe. Their comfortable waiting area followed proper social distancing guidelines by restricting access to every other chair. Once my car was washed and ready to go, the staff member came into the waiting area, with a mask on, and let me know. It's great to see so many businesses doing the right thing and following the guidelines. It's so simple to do, it protects everyone, allows the them to keep their doors open, employ their staff and continue to serve their community. It may "only" be a car wash, but it got me out of the house for an hour, kept me safe and made me feel good to have a clean and shiny car again, at least for a little while. We'll done, Bubbles. Did an awesome job on my car, it came out beutiful. They got out year old stains, and trust me my car was disgusting. 10/10
I don't know for a hundred and some bucks you think they would get the bugs of the windshield. Your better off going to sonic there automatic car wash does a better job and you can get some frozen yougart Edit. 3 stars after my review the responded and told me to come back in and they will make it right they promise to redo my viecheal inside and out I will update my final review once I go in and have my truck re-washed.
