Chris and Kaleb did an excellent job of cleaning the interior and exterior windows and of the glass panels on our deck and balcony. This was the by far the best window cleaning job we have ever received and I really like clean windows. This was the first time that we have used Sun Valley Window Cleaners and it will definitely not be the last time that we will use them! Thank you very much Chris and Kaleb.
I had occasion to use Sun Valley Window Cleaners just last month for exterior window cleaning at both my home and that of my son's. I found their service to be top notch. Their staff are polite, respectful and very good at what they do. Their equipment was set up to protect the exterior of the home with proper padding, and if screens were removed, they were removed properly, from the inside. I'd had experiences with other providers who damaged my screens as well as my stucco. This was definitely not the case with Sun Valley. I also found them to be right on time and they charged what they quoted. They really do back up their work too. A couple of weeks after the service was performed at my son's home, he had noticed an area of his deck railing that had some finger prints on it that he knew were there before. It was one of those situations where you could only see it when looking at it from a particular angle when sitting. Even though we were past the 48 hour guarantee period, the manager still sent a crew to attend to the issue and they ended up redoing all of the inside of the railing glass and they had no reservations doing it either. I've used other window cleaning companies in the past and none of them hold a candle to Sun Valley Window Cleaners. This year marks my second of patronage to them and I hope to continue using there services indefinitely.
