I went through LizMoore weddings to book my destination wedding which took place March 9th. We were assigned to Keeley Dahl. I had 65 guests attend but probably 1/3 booked with Keeley. She initially was quick to respond with our options for booking but that was about it. When we wanted to confirm to send out invitations, it seemed to take forever. She told me for 3 weeks consecutively that confirmation would be coming “next week”. It was not until I voiced that I was being contacted by everyone wanting to book their time off work/allocate funds etc that Liz herself came in and sent me confirmation. She told two of our guests to not bother and just book outside of her. She acted like it was a headache to help them. I was approached by so many of my guests that had expressed how dissatisfied they were with the service they got from Keeley. Various things such as difficulty of contacting, failure to send travel itineraries, poor assistance to book transport, and it goes on. It was upsetting for me as the bride to feel that I had let my guests down. She also misspelled my first name, used my maiden name on travel (which I had informed her had changed on my passport already), misspelled a bridesmaid, and had my bitterly divorced parents on the same travel booking. She blamed all of this on westjet and actually was mad at me for calling them directly to rectify the issue. She assured me it was fixed but my dad had to go through my mom to get his transportation and they were initially seated together - so obviously it was not fixed. Both my father and I had contacted her well in advance asking her to ensure they were separated for the vacation. She also told my mother on the phone that we needed to “stop blaming her for everything” - in a very rude tone. I hate complaining as I have worked many years in the service industry - but I would never talk to my customers like that. I’m very disappointed and will not be recommending this company to others.
Keeley was an amazing agent! She was quick to respond and very detailed in the information she sent us. I highly recommend Keeley and wouldn’t hesitate to refer her to friends. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect destination wedding.
