Hello! Just wanted to give you guys a huge thank you! Ended up at the brewery yesterday afternoon with the family and a friend after biking the trestles. Right away service was awesome. The bartender was super fun. Our server was great. Our flights of beer were incredible. The pumpkin beer was one of the best I’ve ever had. And I wait all year for pumpkin beer season. But the food was unbelievably awesome. We had the tuna sandwich, Kelownafornia chicken and the fish and chips. The sandwiches were two of the best I’ve ever had. And the boys loved the halibut. Best fries ever!!! Well done!
Last night we ordered from Shore Line through Skip the Dishes. When Skip brought the order it was the wrong one. The driver took away the incorrect order and told us he would return with the correct order. We waited and waited...then called Shore Line directly. They said the order was still there. We waited again...and waited. We chatted with Skip on line and their solution was to just refund our money. But we still didn't have any dinner. While I was on line with Skip, my friend received a call directly from the restaurant wondering what was happening. The Skip driver had not shown up to pick up our order?! So instead, the restaurant employee made us a new order and drove it to our house himself!!! It was so hot I could barely eat it...phew it wasn't the bag that had been sitting on the counter waiting for Skip. The halibut was crispy on the outside and deliciously tender on the inside. Fries were hot and fresh. I am completely wowed by this restaurant's commitment to ensure that we received our dinner.
Super friendly staff. Great vibe. And of course, awesome food and drink. I recommend their hazy IPA and prime rib burger with a side of poutine. So good. But so is the seared tuna sandwich and nachos for the table. Also, they're patio is dog-friendly which is a big win in my books.
