I was given a vehicle with a huge dent on the hood and they didn't include it on the car report. Be super careful and always do a walk though and take pictures of any damages you see. They blamed the dent on me and tried to go after me and my insurance. I had proof with timestamps and sent it to the damage unit. Be careful as they have done this before to other customers. Please look at all the negative reviews. Be Careful and always take pictures before you leave the lot.
We had an excellent experience with this location when we rented a minivan to move across the country. We got a great price, the right vehicle, and when there was an unforeseeable defect with the vehicle they helped make it right. Landon was particularly helpful. I would certainly rent from them again. No complaints: it was a very smooth experience.
Absolutely amazing location! The staff here are super helpful. Our flight got delayed 30 minutes past the time they closed, and Vardan Bhatia waited until we landed to ensure we wouldn't be stuck with the kids at the airport and no car.
