Phenomenal experience, Mohit, Decklin and Nicole were amazing to me. I was having issues finding a car rental, they were all super friendly and helped me out. The best customer service I’ve received at a car rental place.
I am so impressed with the incredible quality and experience I received today from west kelowna enterprise... they were very professional and even went above and beyond by dropping me close by to get my cat after returning theirs.. I will definitely rent from enterprise again and.highly recommend this business, fast, affordable, friendly and they went the extra mile when they didn't need too! So happy!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked an SUV one month ago & enterprise notified us that they did not have enough vehicles a day before pickup. When we arrived to pick up the SUV they gave us a compact sedan for five people and five suitcases. Completely unacceptable.
