Hello everyone, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! My wife and I rented a car from prepaid during our family vacation and charged us for modifying our pick up time. They also charged me an additional $130.30 for no good reason. I am not on phone call with budget to get a refund and that is another headache on itself! PLEASE PLEASE avoid the headaches! The staff do not specialize in car rentals but in storage units!
Worst experience ever. First the guy lied to me while returning the car that everything is good. And now one week later he calls me to tell me that I have to pay for a replacement tire because it was punctured. When I told him I am not going to do that he hung up on me. Please avoid them
Booked online, prepaid everything. Then when we arrived to collect the vehicle we were told that the driver was not old enough to drive a SUV by several months, but he could drive a car. But there were no cars for several hours and they didn't bother to save us one, just canceled us entirely.
Never rent anything here the staff and management are the worst in the industry. They will even lie to your face.
Easy location to access off highway 97. Quite a large facility as they also have storage units. The vehicle, while having many kilometers for a rental vehicle (50,000km) was in excellent running condition. Inside was very clean. The gas tank was actually full for a change. Frequent car renters are quite familiar with renting a car and the previous renter stopped filling as soon as the needle showed it was full (of course one can always put more litres in). The staff person Blake was excellent but frankly he needed help. There were 2 other customers in front of me and while he was efficient and friendly, an additional person would have been beneficial. Covid 19 protocols were in place.
