Great service! Extremely clean cars! The manager Chris gave us a good deal when we upgraded to the 4Runner. Felt like they were taking Covid seriously too and made sure my vehicle was extremely sanitized! Will use them over any other rental company in town.
Great customer service! Chris was welcoming, friendly and helpful - especially awesome at end of day on the Friday of a long weekend which is a crazy busy time for car rentals. Car was sanitized and ready to go. Easy key drop off for returning after hours on the holiday Monday. Budget continues to impress.
Worst rental car experience ever! People are so arrogant, the car is not working good, the price is really high and they stole my deposite of 165$ for the reservation because i paid with my credit card but the truck was at the name of my boyfriend. We had to pay again, so it cost me 165 extra.
