First time car renter here. Jesse was very helpful. The transaction was smooth and he even offered me to drive to my friend's bus depot. I had a pleasant experience.
I am going through an ordeal with them. I have had a long history of long-term rentals from Enterprise . I am their Platinum member. In my 3-4 years of renting history, I never had any damage to the car. But I ran out of luck after renting from this rental location. I rented a car for a month. When I returned the car, the office was closed so I utilized their after-hours service and left the car in the parking and dropped the keys in the drop box. Before leaving the car in the parking I had done an inspection of the car and made sure there wasn't any damage. In the hindsight, I think I should have taken a video. Anyways, after ensuring no damage, I left. The next day (it was a Sunday) I got a call from one of their agent who informed me that there is a dent in the car and a chip on the windscreen. I went to the rental office and did see the damages. The agent informed me that he will have to report this to their damage recovery. And he did so. I got a bill of about $2600 from their Damage Recovery. I called their Damage Recovery agent and I tried explaining to her that it wasn't me who caused the damage. In reply, she said I should have not left the car in the parking. Wow...on one hand they advertise their after-hours service and on the other, they suggest not to utilize the service. So lessons learned: 1. Do not utilize rental cars after-hour service. 2. Do not rent a car from enterprise ever or at least from this location. I am very sure that there is an ongoing scam at this rental location.
The Enterprise Team at this location including Tony and Declan are amazing! A team of true professionals who helped make my Kelowna adventure unforgettable. Rent from this location.
This is my first time leaving a negative review and it's mostly because of the customer service and the way they talked to you. I rented a car on April 23rd (Friday) and returned on the 25th (Sunday). But if you take a look at the picture, I'm being charged for Monday, April 26 and I returned the car on Sunday but it's saying I returned on Monday at 7:48 and when I called this guy is giving me a lot of attitudes and saying it's either I paid the full weekend rate for Friday to Sunday or I paid for the 3 days because I returned the car late Sunday. I didn't even know there was a Dropbox so I was sitting outside for a bit waiting for someone until I saw this guy who washes the car and he said I should put the key in the dropbox which I didn't even know about because I was misinformed by the representative. I wasn't even informed that they are closed on Sundays. But i was charged for an extra day because i was late on returning the car on Sunday. It was a not good experience to be ripped off for misleading information by the business. All these businesses are based on just policies and not people who work for them, what's the point! How could you charge me for Monday when I returned your car at approximately 4 pm Sunday? That not fair.
