The entire team had a strong work ethic. They were focused, careful, polite, professional and thorough. We will be moving again in 1-3 years, and this company will be our first and only scheduled booking. The back office was thorough - organized and professional. They made sure all the details were looked after prior to the move. A big thank you of appreciation for this business and its employees and owners.

We have used this moving company several times both for us and other members of our family. We have always found them to be very professional and their pricing was always fair value. Although this last time they did have a scheduling conflict but once resolved they reacted and acted with care and attention. We have no concerns about recommending this Kelowna company.
The three guy's were on time and worked very hard and worked as a team. They took great care in handling our stuff and extra care when placing the furniture on our cork flooring. We booked this company to move our furniture from Kelowna to Vernon. We received a call at 830am informing us that due to a worker injury, the crew would be late (they were supposed to arrive at 9:30am). No big deal; I called the dispatcher (Andrew) who told me that the crew would be coming out after the first delivery, with an ETA of 3-4 hours. I received a call from Andrew at 12:30pm informing us that the crew would be out within the hour. I called at 1:45pm as they had not shown up yet - no answer; so I left a message. I didn't receive a response but I called again at 2pm, and Andrew stated: "let me guess, they aren't there yet." At this point, we had been waiting around for ages and did not hear back from the company. My husband finally called the company and called them out for this. Andrew finally called him back and the crew finally showed up at 3:15pm. The crew was respectful enough, but we didn't appreciate the lack of communication and lack of caring that this company did. They continued to rudely string us along instead of being honest about when the crew would arrive. For the thousand bucks they billed us and stress this day cost us, renting a U-Haul would have been less stress, cheaper and quicker. I would suggest that anyone reading this would look elsewhere for moving assistance or consider doing it yourself.
