    The boys that Bekins Moving and Storage sent to us were extremely helpful and did everything I asked of them. They moved me from one apartment to the next one over, packed many of the last items themselves, put everything together perfectly and were always smiling and helpful. Can't see enough about how much they helped me, as the rest of my family was sick at the time.

    Polite, considerate and very accommodating staff. We moved twice this summer while our home was being built and Jody worked on both of our moves. He was excellent with us both times and we are very happy with Bekins staff and their process. Thank you to the entire team at Bekins

    Bekins is just out for themselves and do not suggest other movers in Kelowna like ourselves so to that is best a 3 star rating to give.

    Ray's moving in Saskatoon contracted to use this mover on August 18, 2021 to do a move on Oct. 1, 2021 for us. We relied on the fact that they were going to provide the service they agreed to, but they bailed on us with very short notice. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY!!!! They were hired on Aug. 18, 2021 to do a move on Oct 1. We spoke on the phone with their admin and they confirmed that they had been hired by Rays and would do the move. Then told us on Sept. 17, 2021 that they would not do the move on Oct. 1, 2021. UNPROFESSIONAL! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Seriously, do not hire these people, they think nothing of cancelling on you with 2 weeks notice. ZERO STARS! Rays Moving is going to do the best they can to do our move on October 1, 2021 and we give them 5 stars for stepping in and hopefully completing our move on the set date. The Manager of Bekins did call me to talk about the review. He was not listening and was raising his voice so I did end the call. I did not appreciate being treated like that. He certainly did not know how to deal with an unhappy customer because yelling at them does not work.
