Kalyb and Ayden were our movers and they did an excellent job. We had no damage to any of the items we moved nor to the buildings things were being taken in and out of. Happy to recommend this company, have found their pricing to be very good. The only reason we didn't give this review a 5 star rating is that there should have been a slightly bigger truck and they should have had runners for the floors.
James and his crew did a great job moving commercial water heaters for us in a very short notice. Thank you so much and i will recommend you guys to everyone!!
Used pack rat movers to move my mother in law out of her condo and into a storage unit. They showed up well before there scheduled appointment/start time and were very professional and took great care in there work and the items they were packing to move for us. Would hands down use them again in the future.
So my wife and I have moved MANY TIMES over the last 17 years and this is the first time we have used movers! I checked out a few places and Packrat had good reviews so I gave them a call. James was very responsive and professional over the phone and we ended up booking the move with them. Nate and Tristan showed up right on time on Sunday morning and literally jumped out of the truck like they were ready to go! That was a good sign and they didn't disappoint! Both very polite and respectful with masks on and very careful with our stuff. We had everything wrapped and ready to load and they were very appreciative of that and had everything loaded in under an hour. Got the whole move done in under 3 hours (the minimum time they charge for) and everything put in it's place for us. 5 Stars to Nate and Tristan and especially nice to see 2 young guys be such hard workers and have good positive attitudes!
