    Not bad. Wish the Scotch selection was a bit more filled out. Decent beer and wine selection though

    I’ve been a loyal customer here since it opened. I’m just across the street. I’m no longer a customer after experiencing some disturbingly rude behaviour by a couple of employees lately. A woman was refused her purchase because she only had cash, and told “you can just find another place to shop” by employee Who’s name I will withhold to the public but not to the manager. I paid for the woman’s purchase in exchange for her cash and mentioned to the employees that their attitude was pretty disheartening. I got a look that pretty much told me what they thought of my opinion as well. I’ll be heading up the road a few blocks for my purchases from now on.

    I moved into West Dilworth over a year ago and had been a loyal customer until a misunderstanding between myself and an employee. The employee exercised her right to refuse service on an extremely innocent mistake on my part. This employee could have chose to educate me and continue to serve, as she recognized I was a frequent customer, instead she mistook my inquiry into the situation as being rude and went from going to serve me to refusing service in an instant. This was extremely embarrassing. I've been in the customer service industry for over twenty years and any time I have entered the store I have had a positive, happy demeanor and have given the utmost respect, especially dealing with Covid. I contacted the assistant manager the following Saturday and she took down my info and said she would speak to the employee, as well as any others and get back to me. I asked her to to please review the video footage as well. It has been over three weeks and no return call back. This is very disappointing as I can see this store from my house. I will not be going back, I entertain frequently and spent thousands of dollars a year, from now on I will be driving the extra 4 min to go to the government liquor store.
