Silver Springs was fantastic. I called and emailed 7-8 concrete companies in town, only 4 returned my inquiries on a small concrete pad addition. Out of the 4 companies Silver Springs gave the quickest, most professional and honest quote. The estimator was honest, forthcoming, explained how to cut the cost down if we wished and eliminated unnecessary spending. Example: 2 other companies recommended acid wash for my driveway, Silver Springs did not. This resulted in significant savings, better for the environment and the finish was fantastic! The overall pour and execution of the project was very good. I am very picky and Silver Springs met my requests and went above and beyond to ensure details were met. I'd recommend Silver Springs for anyone who wants HONEST, timely and well executed concrete projects with a fair value. Every employee was a delight to deal with and made this easy for us.
I would NOT recommend Silver Springs as a concrete finishing company to anyone! I will, however recommend RYAN HOLDTON!!(their concrete guy) Very organised in the field, his office counter parts not so much. He practically did the jobs by himself he was suppose to have help and had very little. They were always pulling him away for other jobs which delayed our jobs even more. They tried to bill us before the jobs were completed!! One of the owners came out to clear things up only to find out that they were in the wrong the job was not completed. Throughout all of this Ryan was professional, honest, calm and thorough in his work. Ryan takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable in his craft! I sure hope Silver Springs is paying him what he is worth cause guys like that are few and far between! And if they are not paying him what he is worth, there are other companies in town that will!
