My mom is at Sun Pointe Village, in long term care. I have to say that the staff is excellent, and the facility is top notch. Mom is very well taken care of and the communication to/from Sun Pointe is always great.
I want to thank the entire staff on Belgo for their amazing compassion, caring and understanding. In particular I want to thank a few individuals that were a constant part of our day. Rhonda couldn't be kinder or more compassionate. She was amazing during the long (8 days) ordeal of our friend June Shunters passing. Myself or a friend were in Belgo visiting June every day for almost 2 years and there was never a day in that time that ourselves and June were not treated with the utmost respect and caring. Along with Rhonda, Doreen, Chelsee and Penny, (her dog), Marnie, Sheree, Nida, Lucky and Mae from dietary were all fabulous. Having Sam and Ella there for summer added to the walks outside. We can't thank the staff enough for their incredible professionalism and compassion. Thank you a million times over for the care June received and the kindness of all the staff. Jeanie
