Without hesitation I would recommend Expert Hearing Rutland. Both Samantha (receptionist) and Kathryn (Hearing Professional) are not only friendly and competent, but they both made me feel like they actually cared and wanted to help me with my hearing issues. They succeeded. 'Sound' advice without any sales pressure with equally satisfactory post-sale follow-up. I look forward to any future treatment and care.
First off, Kathryn Kirkpatrick, the RHIP is beyond amazing. The ladies are friendly, helpful and personable. I drive almost two hours specifically to go to the first Expert Hearing business I went to four years ago. Kathryn has been so helpful through the process of student loan application letters I need for school for extra hearing devices offered to getting me comfortable with new hearing aides. Amazing place! Highly recommend to anyone!!!!
Being such a young age I was awfully nervous of going in for a hearing exam, as hearing usually isn't something someone in their 20s should have to be worried about. Instantly all of my worries were put to rest the moment I entered the building. I was greeted by Samantha at the front desk who was such a pleasure to deal with, I had to fill in a few forms with information as she asked about my day and interests. A genuine and wonderful experience. As soon as I was done she took my papers and I expected to wait 30 odd minutes as I do at every other clinic I go to. Within a few minutes Kathryn was already out in the main room to pull me away to start the tests. I explained to her all of my issues and the worries I had, and Kathryn talked to me for a few minutes about what these issues could mean and so on. Once the actual tests began, I was explained in thorough detail all the things we would be testing and what she would be looking for. It was an amazing ease on the mind and such an enjoyable experience. What took an 45 minutes felt as if I was only away for 10 minutes, the professionalism and amazing experience on both Samantha and Kathryn made for such an enjoyable encounter. I know where I will be going for all future tests and concerns I have with my hearing.
