Lakeside hearing was amazing! Had some hearing aids that I purchased from a place in Penticton and they couldn’t provide me with the level of service I needed. From the first email to lakeside I could see their professionalism and dedication. I booked an appt with Bailey to get new hearing aids and she was AWESOME. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 30 years and I haven’t met anyone who would give me the level of service I needed until I came here. She gave me a pair of demo hearing aids to try while we waited for the new ones to come in. After visiting Lakeside, they’ve vastly improved my quality of life and I’ve been hearing sounds I couldn’t hear before. Thank you Bailey and team for everything you’ve done!

My husband Andy Popoff had been suffering with extreme Tinnitus for many years and after his appointment with Claire Beldi , and getting fitted with hearing aids, which are equipped with the newest technologies, has improved the quality of his life!!!. Watching TV is much clearer at a reasonable volume and eliminates his focus on the Tinnitus. He is so pleased and thankful for Claire Beldi and her professionalism. I highly recommend this clinic.
