We had the pleasure of meeting Kyle, the owner of Everwood Doors in West Kelowna back in the Fall of 2020. In the showroom these doors are displayed beautifully, are made of high quality wood and have a variety of designs. We ordered a door with frame and 2 sidelights in black walnut stain. The finished product was outstanding when I was able to see it prior to the install. Kyle and the staff are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made this process very easy. Upon install, the Everwood team were extremely efficient and worked quickly to complete the job. The area was left clean and in order. The installed product was above and beyond our expectations. Can't comment on the doors (they sure look good!) But Kyle was super helpful when I went looking for wood finishes for charcuterie boards. Explained how it was applied and then sold me what I needed. If you need Odie's Oil then this is the place. Customer service was great!
This company's customer service is focussed on high quality with a can-do response to customers' requests and they deliver great workmanship. They build it to the customer's liking and then they far exceed the expectations at time of installation. Our new front door fit like a glove, the alarm system contacts were installed beautifully and even the door bell worked. So happy, so impressed! Thank you Kyle and crew.
