Once again the Capri Hotel treated me as a VIP member! I was looking to catch some much needed R&R and this time was assisted by Trevor (Front Desk). He blew my socks off! His attentiveness was impressive and was so appreciated. The customer service that I continue to experience with every stay is unmatched by any other local hotel. They always exceed my expectations by going out of their way to make my stay satisfying. The Capri Hotel is my R&R Hotel!
It was a clean hotel with a pool and gym. Stayed with my wife and 3 kids. The room was spacious. There is a grocery store extremely close as well as other things like a fat burger. Best of all I have to give a shout out to the amazing Letitia at the front who was so very kind to my family. She's a true asset to the hotel and one of the main reasons I had a positive experience.
Dropped into one of their conference rooms as they were hosting a swimming and water polo equipment sale. The small conference room I saw was great but it was the outdoor pool that caught my eye! Looks like a sweet place to go for a dip!
First time in Kelowna and this hotel was perfect for my stay! I was welcomed and so very well taken care of by Hayley at the front reception with a free upgrade to a beautiful room with a view and a late check-in, couldn't have been happier! Visit the Vintner's Poolside Grill for an amazing affordable breakfast and have Kris, the best server take great care of you too! I would absolutely recommend this hotel, my only feedback that isn't so positive was the mattress was a tad surprisingly uncomfortable, could you a little update but that's it, the rest was amazing!
Letitia is a rock star! Our power went out and we have to make an emegency stay as we live in Kelowna. I made a last minute reservation online, and 20 minutes later we showed up. . Let just say the stress was off our shoulders immediately. Letitia is attentive and friendly, and made the stay much more than we were expecting. The room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I will recommend the Coast Capri without hesitation. Thanks again!
