Very professional and accommodating Front Desk staff. Gorgeous rooms. Indoor Pool and hot tub. Oyster bar on main floor. The rooms are beach house chic. Now I want to renovate my home the same way :) The new GM, Edwin, is very nice.
Neat..clean...tidy...Seems recently renovated.. We received the most amazing reservation service from Tyler and Katie at check-in.. Totally surprised by the complimentary bottle of local wine and snacks waiting for our return after our 1st.day of riding your KVRR Myra Canyon.. Happy to stay with you next time we're in town!
Had to give 4 stars as they lose a star for parking and the pool. Parking is very tight and hard to get your luggage to the room. Pool needs more aide tables or benches as we had to share our chair with another couple to put towels on. Not good during a pandemic. A few more cheap little tables or lawn chairs in pool area would be nice. Otherwise a decent hotel. Clean and comfortable besides the above.
Room was clean but we had no shower curtain when we checked in. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Parking not free - $7 a night. Hotel offers a very expensive "breakfast in a bag" - $9.95 for a muffin, granola bar, piece of fruit and a juice box. Not impressed when you spend $150 a night on a room.
The room was ok, comfy large bed. But there was still food in the fridge from a previous guest, there was only 1 bath towel for 2 guests and the balcony has 2 chairs and a table which were absolutely filthy dirty we has to use a towel to clean it and there was a hair bobble on the carpet, clearly the room was not properly cleaned#covid? This was meant to be a 3 star hotel
