Stayed in 602 - Great room, very clean and spacious and well maintained. Good quiet evening. Staff was great, and the entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were better than average for Holiday Inn. Would like to see some real cutlery, it's not very west coast when we produce just as much waste (paper plates, plastic spoons knives, forks, cups, etc) as food consumed per gram.
My mother and I both very much enjoyed our stay here on a recent vacation to Kelowna. Quiet and spacious rooms with everything so clean and new! Beautiful view from our sixth floor room. The staff were friendly and professional. We both very much appreciated the free delicious breakfast every morning in a clean and spacious common area. Would definitely stay there again if in Kelowna again.
Beautiful new hotel with clean, spotless rooms, free hot breakfast, and the best service you could ask for. We stayed here for only one night but will definitely stay again. The hotel is centrally located and has a pool and good-sized exercise room as well. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. And Mickey went above and beyond by offering us cold water from the breakfast area even after it was closed for the day. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.
Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well run hotel with superb value. We had a top floor room with ample seating area. Very lovely, wide windows and nice mountain view. The air conditioning was perfect and the in-room amenities are ideal for a three night stay. The free breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Bed linens are extremely inviting and comfortable. Check in was easy and parking effortless. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed my stay here! The staff were pleasant and helped maintain covid measures. The hotel was immaculately clean. I witnessed staff taking great care to sanitize the elevators and hallways when I returned midday and I really appreciated this. The location is prime and there are lots of parking for guests around the vicinity. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. My only complaint about the hotel is that the walls/floors are thin. Will be back the next time I stay in Kelowna!
