The front desk receptionist was exceptional, I'm kicking myself for not getting her name! Great customer service and knowledge of the area. Our room was clean and the bed was amazingly soft. The location is very central, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and will be back!
A great place for a good stay at Kelowna. Very neat and clean friendly staff. Robin who worked at the Kitchen helped me to get a non alcoholic drink which is not even in there menu. Thanks for the effort and much appreciated. Breakfast was good.
My wife and our 3 kids arrived over Thanksgiving weekend and they were amazing from beginning to end. Great staff, clean environment and amazing rooms with a view. The pool,hot tub and work out facility was a bonus and very relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was so good and Patrick the hot food server was just awesome!! We'll be back for sure!!!
Had a wonderful stay here over the summer. It was clean, stylish and the staff was always polite and helpful. The amenities were also on point. Still had that new hotel smell also.
Not good right from check in, I was informed of a $12 a day parking fee. This was the first I had heard about it. As I drive a truck I was told I could only park outside. Outside parking is very limited and you are lucky if you can find a spot. As for the free breakfast, the hot items are NOT hot at all. The worst part of my stay was the noise. I have never stayed in a hotel as noisy as this one. You hear everything that happens in the hallway right down to the wheels on peoples luggage! Outside noise from the front parking lot was extreme! I had originally booked for an additional week but canceled right after being informed of the $12 a day parking fee. This is a 3 star hotel! A parking fee is not acceptable at all! If your looking for a good sleep strongly suggest staying somewhere else or bring ear plugs!
