    Booked there for one night. Found 5-6 bugs on my bed and room. They changed our room. There were also 3-4 bugs on bed and washroom. We showed to maintenance guys and told girl at reception. They were polite but could do anything else. Next day we checked out and told an old lady about the problem we faced and she said they are everywhere. I can’t do anything about it.

    We booked through Cozy Stay and it was a terrible experience. I had a long list of complaints concerning safety, accomodation and customer service which are still unaddressed. The local manager promised a feedback but haven't got back yet. 1. Cozy stay promised golf course would be open but it was not. They did not even pick up calls once booking was done. Very UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. 2. Sofa bed in one of the rooms had major safety concern. We did not take risk to put 1 year old as the wires were broken. 3. Late night a group of drunk people created a hard time for us to sleep. We called security and the problems still persisted. 4. We rented two three bedroom and the gas was not functional in one of the room. Only one burner was working. 5. The cards never worked to open the door, I had to call them everytime. To top it up, the cozy stay maintenance person was so rude to ask to take care of ourselves. The towels were never adequately replaced, they gave only 3 for a group of 10. Overall, I was expecting someone from cozy stay to talk to me regarding the complaints. The local manager tried taking it to the General Manager but I guess they never cared for customer who already paid! It was a waste of money!!

    Don't bother wasting your money here. You get absolutely zero service from their customer support people I've been trying to book my timeshare for over a month left phone messages email messages and I've even contacted the resort directly and they've assured me that somebody would contact me and nobody has to this point more than a week after they were supposed to contact me. They are certainly more than willing to take your money but they're not willing to provide you the service that you deserve and that you paid for

    Unbelievably poor accomodation and rooms for the $300 something they charged. We went for two nights and the condition of the rooms were pathetic.     Beautiful time of year to go there the trees are in full colour. The buildings themselves are old but doable
