Our room was clean,the staff are absolutely amazing ???? they've made our stay memorable. The hot breakfast is great! So much variety. I will definitely be back
Decent room for a good price. Nice and clean. We got a room with a king size bed (~$160 per night) and it came with breakfast. The breakfast was actually legit and not the bread and fruits you get at other places.
We stayed here for the long weekend and overall had a very pleasant stay. Check in was super easy and the room was actually ready a few hours before standard check in time. Room was super clean and seemed recently renovated. Had microwave, mini fridge and coffee machine. The TV was huge although there were not many decent channels. Breakfast is included, however the dining area gets super busy and it’s impossible to do social distancing. I found that a bit concerning so we took our food to the room. Please note that this is a very family oriented hotel, which means that kids are running on the hallway ALL THE TIME. If you have a light sleep this might not be the best hotel for you. Other than that, I think you get a good value for what you pay for.
Awesome slide for the outdoor pool made the size of the (small) pool less noticeable haha, the kids loved it! The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, and elevators were not full or too busy. Breakfast was good overall, decent options for something that is included in the room rate. Some lack of communication regarding our room keys due to extended stay and late check out meant I had non-functioning room keys twice during my stay which was really annoying when you have 3 little ones, but the staff rectified things quickly. Overall would stay again!
Accomodating and reasonable. There was this staff that probably stood out and went above and beyond. Diane did great, she was able to facilitate that intense breakfast rush all with a friendly demeanor and a smile in her mask. I, myself and my family also received excellent treatment and hospitality from the rest of the staff. It was a pleasant stay. Great pool too.
