Worst customer service on the west side . I will try my hardest to make their day , yet you can’t get positive service. "What ever is their " when you ask if they have a specific item. Seldom a happy experience. Much improvement necessary
The location in West Kelowna has the worst customer service. Will not be going back. For someone to be spending hundreds of dollars in the store only to be rushed because the sales woman wanted to tidy her section.
Great service yesterday. Aug1 I went in with a voucher from workbc to get some work gear for my new job. I have anxiety and really wasnt looking forward to it. I was greeted by very nice lady who really went out of her way to make it an enjoyable experience. Got boots I wanted, then headed off to pants section. More stellar service, and a great selection. I was there for over an hour, and was greeted by each staff member asking if i needed help. Great place to shop, good selection and some awesome deals on clearance rack. Keep up good work. Thanks
I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle, first over the phone regarding an exchange of a purchase I had made and then again in person. I hope that Mark's knows the great customer service you provide with your friendliness and knowledge. Kudos to you, Michelle!
Allow me to share the saga of trying to online order clothing for pick up at this store: Placed the order online, was told it would be ready in 4-8 business days. I am charged for each item I ordered. 3 weeks pass, I email customer service looking for an update to my order. They take a few days to respond but say all the items have been at the store for 2 weeks but it is not ready for pickup yet, but they will take care of it and for me to watch for an email saying it's ready. *crickets* 2 weeks later I email again, no response for 4 days and counting, so I call customer service and am told sometimes these things take longer because of the shipping, what I need to do is contact the store manager and/or warehouse manager and figure it out with them(?!). I say no, I want a refund now, I have paid for goods I haven't received. They say fine but I need to talk in person to the store manager and then it will be weeks to process my funds back. Miraculously this CSR now sees that my order is ready for pickup and they are going to send me the email. That was 2 days ago, no confirmation I can pick it up. So that CSR lied as well. TL;DR - Go anywhere else other than this corporate cluster for clothing. It's simply not worth the hassle, and the customer service is complete trash.
