Keely was SO helpful. She went in the back to help look for sizes and when they didn’t have them she said she’d call me when they got them back in stock. As a fellow customer service worker, good work is so highly appreciated!
Absolute garbage experience. The girls there know nothing about bras and have no social skills. The girl servicing the change rooms could barely make eye contact with me when I asked for help, and also left me standing there topless in a bra while they went on to help other people passing by me, even though they had acknowledged me and said they could help. I've never had such an insensitive experience shopping for lingerie. It was incredibly unprofessional on so many levels.
Absolutely best customer service. They were welcoming & helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Did NOT feel judged which is a huge thing in my opinion with feeling comfortable in a store! Each employee that I talked to had such a positive attitude. I walked out feeling great about myself & the experience! They also taught me how to find my appropriate sizes which helps HUGE! THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! XOXOXO
I ordered 2 items online on July 14th and still have not received them! Sent an email inquiring, no response! Did a live chat on July 23 and they said it was just updated and I should receive them by August 3rd yet when I go to track my package it say the package hasn’t even been received by the shipper?? I also received an email asking me to review the items I still haven’t got! I will never order online from this company again! So disappointed with their customer service and communication!
