A very unpleasant experience to say the least. I stopped in briefly yesterday and was greeted by the young salesman who asked if I had a mask. I politely replied that I’m exempt and thanks for asking. He rudely replied “You’re what?” I repeated what I had said and he said that goes against their store policy and that I had to wear a mask. I asked if he was aware there are exemptions in and he said “I don’t really care. We’re a private company and we can do what we want.” The fact that a business feels they can go against what has been laid out as rules to include ALL people and their needs is outrageous. I try to support local as often as possible. But I will not support businesses who discriminate against any segment of the population.
I absolutely love shopping here! The staff are always so friendly and I always find the cutest articles of clothing at such a reasonable price. One of my favorite stores by far. Thank you guys!
I want to give Frock a shoutout for being size-inclusive (as all stores should be). I've found some awesome plus-size pieces there. I hope more plus-size consigners see this and bring more stuff in. : D The staff are all super friendly as well. I always have a positive shopping experience.
