Wish I could rate this a big fat ZERO! Horrible staff. I never really shop here, but I decided to go in with my mom over the weekend. We were looking at some clothes on one of the hangers. I was touching one of the sweaters and checking for a size when one of the younger employees comes over and starts sifting through the sweaters I was looking at and kind of pushed me out of the way. She didn't seem to notice her oblivious natures, so I just laughed it off. Then my mom and I were looking at some more clothes on one of the tables when the same employee and another one comes over right into our space again. Only this time she pulls the drawer out from right below my mom and right into her knee cap really hard. She said sorry and kind of giggled to her friend. Me and my mom walked right out that store to never return. Honestly, do they even interview these kids? I do not recommend going to this location.
This review is related to online purchasing and customer service. I ordered an online gift card for my 16 year old Son on September 1st. After speaking with him, he advised that he hadn't yet received the e-card. I called American Eagle this morning and spoke with Miranda. It was some of the best customer service I have ever received when calling in for an issue like this. She was polite, apologetic, sincere, and quick. She resolved the solution in under 6 minutes, and it was an absolute joy to deal with her. Great job in training your customer service staff on the telephone American Eagle!
Love American Eagle, used to shop here all the time. Although, I feel as if they have gone downhill in the last year or so. There are better places to shop in the Orachard Plaza mall. Even the gap is somewhere I would shop over American eagle. Hope they continue to get better because I really used to love this brand.
Not once were we asked for help or offered assistance. There was another girl in the dressing room who asked for a small size of what she was trying on, the employee never came back with the skirt so the customer had to get it herself. We have shopped many times at this particular American Eagle and have always been happy. It was a very disappointing experience. I think customer service is really lacking in this particular store.
