Work was on our exterior trim and deck railings. The paint used was good quality. Very professional service for estimate and courteous service by the 2 painters. They were good at removing some of the splatter I pointed out but I missed some other spill over, so this remains. A few of our windows were painted shut so we're going around now working to get them open. Perhaps there was more work than estimated, so the guys had to work too fast.
We used Certapro painters Serge and Gabriel and they were fantastic. Painted whole house within seven days and we look like we have a new house. They worked with us to ensure no interruption of workflow and were extremely patient. We are very happy with these painters and their attention to detail. They were very professional, trustworthy and we did a walk through the whole house to ensure that I was satisfied and if their were any spaces missed. We recently used CertaPro Kelowna to completely paint the inside of our home (Walls and Trim). The entire experience from the initial visit to our home by Ian and the subsequent proposal was detailed and the overall experience as a whole was very professional and pleasant, I would recommend CertaPro for anyone looking for painting services. When Mike and his crew arrived at our home they were very polite and respectful. They were very professional and communicated with us the entire time, Mike made many suggestions that were very helpful and provided excellent guidance especially when it came to picking the accent wall color. Any blemish on the walls were filled and fixed prior to painting. All the trim was caulked and painted. They possess an impressive depth of knowledge with respect to paint and color schemes. The guys cleaned up every night and were consistently maintaining good housekeeping while in our home. The guys spent a week in our home and it was an pleasant experience. Our house looks amazing!!. The guys at CertaPro offer multiple services we also had a ceiling sprayed and an exterior acrylic stucco wall done. All of them look phenomenal. Certa Pro was the successful bidder on a contract to complete exterior cedar staining and door painting for 48 golf villas in Strata 3 at Sunset Ranch.
