I am giving one stare to this so called business as unfortunatly, there is no such a thing as no state, and you really dont deserve any star. - proffessionalizem =0 - responding to the customer =0 - communication =0 - Accurate accounting=0 - fixing the screw up and the desaster on my account =0 - I am paying them and they make such a lausy job ,which I have to deal with CRA myself. Noone knows what they have been doing. -They don't ask for information to file taxes and they say "we average the number and there is nothing wrong with that", since when the Mathematics turned to guess work? Povide guess work to CRA and when they get confronted for their lack of responsibility, and accuracy, they say "we dont care" as they got their money. They never provide detail statement and when you ask for it, they dont respond. That is why they leave everything to file the last minute, so noone has time to question them. I have left 5 messages and they ignored it. They can have their families to leave a good review, but the truth of this business is: irresponsiblity and extremely poor work. Only good to grab your money. I know and you know what kind of mess you have created for me and my business and your response is not worth a bid. As you said you will fix that, but when you found out which you are fired, suddenly you dont feel to correct your mess. Now I have to go to a real accountant to fix up the mess you and your office left me in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS IT IS NOT AN ASSET AND THEY LIBILITY. taking people money and not doing the work is nothing less than stealing.
