Hands down best place to deal with appliance parts imo. The lady I spoke with was super friendly and knowledgeable as well as gave great pricing for my 2 or 3 times requiring service. Parts actually in stock as well which seems rare these days. Thanks again.
I used the live chat to check on a part and price for a very old dishwasher. The agent was quick, friendly and was able to tell it was on order. They were honest and said it might take some time since things were bogged down at the border. The agent asked for my model number and confirmed that a part from a different model or brand couldn't be substituted. The pricing was good, the service was friendly. Recommended.
