Owner, Bill, is a great guy! He has some really great stuff at awesome prices. I have been buying my appliances from him for just over 15 years now. His brother delivers and installes whatever you purchase.
Good place to find older appliances that were built right instead of the new garbage, which I do my best to avoid.
The only reason they're getting 1 star is because thats as low as it goes. They deserve none! Most unprofessional company I've dealt with. Bill was quick to defend his employee and dismiss the fact that he was being rude to the customer, because he couldn't find the address. Like it's my fault he can't find the darn house?? Unreal. Even after they said Thursday, they weren't able to come until Saturday! Don't waste your time with them, call someone else.
I have personally purchased four preowned appliances from Bill at Wagner's over the last 3 years. The latest, a dryer, had an issue that cropped up within the 30 day warranty. They promptly sent a tech to our home. It needed a part that was ordered and installed within a week and it is now performing well. I would definitely return for our new or used appliance needs.
