I contacted Steve to arrange an appointment for him to come look at my washing machine. Given the age of it, he suggested he could research available parts first and potentially avoid an unnecessary service fee. He called me back in less than 24hrs to advise me that some parts are still available, he could try to repair it but suggested money would be better spent on a new unit. I really appreciate his honesty and how he conducts business! Thank you Steve! I will definately call you again for my appliance repair needs!
